Sorry Jag, but you are missing some punctuation marks like "." and new line
start capital letters. However, I will give it a go and hope it helps.

So, you have two analogue Bell lines which are set in a hunt so that if first
line is busy it rings the second line. If second line, which goes to one of
extensions or contexts on the pbx, is busy then it actually sends the call via
SIP/IAX2/H.323 or some other VoIP technology to your maybe VoIP or none-VoIP
number.

If that is the case as I understand, then your problem is most likely with your
VoIP provider rather than with Bell or your Sangoma card. It's also possible
that your Asterisk settings are simply segregating calls and changing Caller
ID?! Just another thought.

I never had any issues with Sangoma cards and specially on the analogue side
there is really not much info coming through. Probably the telco experts on the
list can tell you more on the signalling for caller ID passing through analogue
lines but it's not that complicated for a Sangoma card to not be able to handle.

However, you also mention that you have have no audio (my understanding the
dummy call that you mentioned) which could again be due to your firewall and
NAT/VoIP provider rather than the Sangoma card.

I suggest you test your provider for Caller ID passing and if that doesn't
resolve the issue then make a really simple dialplan to test the settings and
to single out the issue. If indeed it is a Sangoma issue all it takes is one
e-mail to their support and I am sure they will help for free for as long as it
takes to fix the problem. I have had great experience with them on the support
side.
