Hi Robert, Please forgive me if I'm covering ground that you've already done. In many cases, both Asterisk and the phone set support forwarding. The phone itself may not have it's forwarding feature enabled but it looks like Asterisk is doing the forwarding. Try dialing *73 from the phone to deactivate call forwarding. If it's a stuck value, you could try activating it with another target number to see if the mechanism is responding at all, then deactivating again. (*72 activates) Reference: http://www.freepbx.org/support/documentation/module-documentation/feature-codes Another possibility is that there are some follow-me settings that are kicking in. It's called VMX Locator on some systems.
