I have not used them either, just some demo installs for a client.

Queuemetrics appears to be the most popular but most expensive.
Questats is difficult to get installed on recent versions of Linux and does not appear to be in development any longer. Asternic looks to be the best and is relatively inexpensive and you are able to get support.

It also depends on exactly what type of reporting you need and which tool is going to give it to you, in the format you want.

Thanks, I had seen those, none deployed as yet. Any preferences for paid? Free?

For Q reporting, you can look at these options - some free, some paid

http://queuemetrics.loway.it/index.jsp
http://www.micpc.com/qloganalyzer/
http://queue-tip.rubyforge.org/
http://www.asteriskguru.com/tools/queue_stats.php
http://www.asternic.biz/

Good luck

I should clarify. We are looking at trying to find a better way to report on calls into queues, which agents took the calls, and other metrics along these lines without having to search all the variables of the call flow. -----Original Message-----

Have you tried A2Billing? It has a simple billing engine but if you need to
use it (cost each call at zero cents/per min.)
or if you want a more slick looking reports you could change your distro to
Elastix.
