Hi Guys,
A consecutive digits number was bought from someone who had it registered with 
Telus as pre-paid number. It seems that Telus is not letting go of this number 
(porting to Roger/Fido) saying the password or some pin number is not correct 
when Rogers try to transfer the ownership to it's new owner and to it's own 
network. I have name that was assigned to this pre-paid number and nothing more 
is available such as account number since the guy has forgotten that info. 
Wondering if there are other ways that Telus would authenticate this porting 
transaction other than asking for account number which we don't have; wondering 
if anyone knows any insiders to Telus?
