1. How have you set it up that you're getting two CDR's? You should only be getting one by default, where you'd see something like Dial(dest_num...@your_provider) as the last command executed.
2. One solution is to execute a command to reserve funds for the maximum duration of the call (for example, 2 hours) to the destination, and then execute a command to release any unused funds at the end of the call.
