There is an idle reset period that causes this, it's nothing to worry
about unless it's accompanied with a d-channel down/up

I have noticed in the logs that this happened twice over the period
of two hours last night with all 23 channels restarting on a PRI.
Sample:[2010-04-13 04:31:28] VERBOSE[3844] logger.c: -- B-
channel 0/9 successfully restarted on span 1
Is this something I should worry about and where to look for further
details as to what is causing this?
