Primus Canada has an immediate opening for a VoIP Systems Analyst to join our Voice Application Services team. In this role you will be utilizing leading edge technology to build, maintain, and enhance a nation wide VoIP network using technology from Broadsoft, Genband, Polycom, Linksys, and Cisco to name a few. The ideal candidate would be a "jack of all trades" type of Administrator who understands the entire technology picture - everything from a detailed understanding of VoIP packet captures to database design. The full list of skills we're looking for: • Advanced Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Solaris, etc • Advanced knowledge of Internet Protocols (i.e.: DNS, RADIUS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, HTTPS, NTP, NFS, SNMP, LDAP, etc.) • Advanced knowledge of VoIP Protocols, SIP, MGCP, H.323, RTP • Advanced knowledge of Session Border Controller technologies • Advanced knowledge of Network Protocols • Working knowledge of Perl, PHP, or Java programming • Working knowledge of SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services • Working knowledge of LAN environments • Working knowledge of WAN environments • Working knowledge of Enterprise Storage systems (NFS, SAN) • Working knowledge of Database Applications (i.e. Mysql, Oracle) If you feel like you have what it takes to join our fast paced team we'd love hear from you!
