In general,Green label strips are before the de-mark (Bell side) and Blue
are on the CPE side.
3/6/12/25pair cable has a colour code pair (Tip and Ring) ie. white
/blue..blue /white,w/org...org/w etc.
Cross connect is blue/yellow and 2 pair inside wire has green/red and
yellow/black (tip/ring)+(tip/ring)
