I don't think you'll find anything quiet.. you're talking about 720 Watts of
clean regulated power, plus the overhead for regulating / rectifying it, and
then the switching circuitry power overhead, probably close to 10Amps by the
time everything is done.

Anything that is expected to last will have ample cooling. you may be better
of getting a hush-box to put it in.

I know our Cisco 3750's aren't the loudest thing out there, but they're
fairly loud (and over $7k)
