Hello,

 

When checking Call Monitor in ARI RECORDING why do the Queue attempts show up 
there with 10 or 15 seconds? Of course those are not actual recorded calls but 
just attempts at an extension. 

 

So, the records show like 8000 calls and in order to find an actual recorded 
call you have to go through a lot of trouble.

 

Anyone has a fix for that?
