I did exactly as Sean suggested. I ordered Teksavvy on pair 2 and once that was up, I placed the LNP order with my VOIP provider.
Since I'm in a condo, this had the added benefit of getting my DSL off the line that was used for the entry control phone. Getting Bell to deliver things on a second pair involved some careful explaining and an extra visit after the fact but it was a fairly straight forward process.
