Are debugging symbols compiled into your asterisk binaries?
gdb -c <corefile> /usr/sbin/astersk
gdb> thread apply all bt

fork command, at which point asterisk crashes.
What even more confusing is it works fine on another debian install with
almost identical OS/configs, both installs share the same modules.conf etc
file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been banging my head against a
proverbial wall trying to figure this out.
