No, this is a single router with both server and phones on the same 
network/subnet. Somehow the nat=yes in the sip_nat.conf effected all the 
internal calls as well. And since it effected all the internal calls, hence, 
the ZAP also had one way audio which again related to the confusion of nat=yes 
within the network. I think nat=yes applied globally in this specific 
environment. The router is pfsense and I am also suspecting it behaves 
differently from other routers I worked with 


Issue was solved by remove nat=yes from the mentioned file.
