Terry, this is a function of the telco who owns the line equipment (and
they will charge you for a new DID and activate that feature for you).

Is Cogeco an IP->ATA solution or actual POTS? If IP just bring it in as
SIP. If not, and the requirement is a single home phone then you might
have to put a small asterisk in front of it mixing the SIP with the POTS
onto the one home line. Now you can control the SIP_INFO and set the ring.
