I have a client that is running a Nortel BCM and Nortel Baystack PoE Switch ... he has a number of phones hooked up, but he has three Nortel i2007 phones that have each died in the last 1.5 years... the last one just died today.
Does anyone know if these thing have known issues? Just seems odd that only those phones are dying. Can anyone recommend a repair shop out in Concord/Thornhill area that can fix these? Regards, Chuck
