Hi All, I know this is a little off topic, but I hope someone might be able to help me out.
I have a couple of phones that this same thing has happened. After a power failure, the handset won't function. You can hear callers, and talk to callers through the speaker phone but if you use the handset they can not hear you. you can hear them though. I have tried new firmware, old firmware, factory defaults and nothing. I know the phone is not completely the issue because I can use the headset or speaker phone and it works. I heard sometime ago, there was a way to reload the base boot rom and that would fix it. I have just never been able to find a solution or instructions.
