My settings are pretty consistent to what both of you have shared,
except "allow=h263".
  I put in "allow=h264" instead.

Additionally where did you get the firmware?   Can you share the file or
email me off line, and share with us how you upgraded the firmware?

I suspect upgrading the firmware may do the trick and get rid of my
complaints.
