Area code 365 will be added to 905/289 in 2013 to provide some relief
in those areas as 289 is almost exhausted.
There is also planning in the works for another overlay for 416/647
but I don't recall seeing the new NPA yet since 647 won't be exhausted
until 2015 by current estimates
