Hi Everyone,

Second time in a month that a Bell PRI goes down. Seems like it might be the 
device on premises that is bad which wasn't checked last time. I am getting a 
bit fed up not being able to find any of the wizards at the Bell Testing Center 
who really know their job well. However, I know that it's a specific group of 
people named "ISDN Toronto Group" that is responsible for PRIs. 
 
I am wondering if anyone knows a great tech within that team who could diagnose 
the issue properly. I would appreciate it if you share with me (off-list) their 
contacts. I promise to keep it secret :-)
