I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Avaya Media
gateway (CM 5.2.2) or access to one for some testing. Can anyone tell me
which protocol they use between the gateway and the phones ( 711,
729....) and if it is possible to capture the media streams, like with
wireshark. I have a client that is requesting call monitoring, and was
wondering if IP traffic capture was an option. Unfortunately this client
is not local, and I really don't want to go to Omaha to test.
Any input would be appreciated.
