Ok, here is the scenario… I have a server with 1 partial PRI with it's own
D-Channel. This circuit is ALWAYS working. The same server has 2 full DAL/LDT1
circuits with an active-backup D-Channel.

It sometimes happens that we are not able to place LD calls on the DAL/LDT1
circuit and have found that when this happens the 'active' D-Channel is not
'working'. Restarting Sangoma's wan router and asterisk, sometimes makes the
active/backup D-Channel switch and after that we are able to place calls.

Now who's responsibility it is to switch D-Channel in an active/backup
configuration is the active D-Channel fails? Is it Asterisk, Sangoma drivers or
the telco equipment ? My believe is that it's the telco, but not 100% sure.

Any hints appreciated.
