Tried changing the IAX port (4569) but I can't find a IAX softphone that I
can change the port on. I was going to change it to 443 (Skype). I'll do
some checking to see if I can find a SIP softphone that I can change.
.........I hate BT !!!

Henry, setup a forward rule on your firewall from some other non-std port
in addition to your existing rules. That way you don't mess with Asterisk at
all and existing services all still work.
Just pick something unused in BT space.

Hi all, I am on vacation in the UK and discovered that BT blocks the usual
ports for SIP and IAX.
I wasn't surprised that SIP didn't work but IAX !
Does anyone have experience of changing the IAX port number to something
that will work here?
I figure that's the best solution.
