My clients phone system is now showing the sip06 line as registered, so
they must have the hardware installed now. Still cant put a call through
it but it is a step closer to getting this resolved.

Thanks Lloyd, I've not received this notice.

I did receive an email last night saying it was fixed... (didn't know it
was broke). Then similar short emails this morning.... then it's fixed.
But since then, nothing.

I do not have direct equipment using SIP06 / SIP05... but I do have
clients that are dealing with this problem now that deal with Unlimitel
directly.

Chuck

Just received this email

All customers on SIP06 (server down) and SIP05 (layer 3 issue) cannot
make/receive calls. We are working towards moving services to a new server
and customers are currently registering to the new server but cannot
make/receive phone calls. Making progress and working to fully restoring
services. No definitive ETA at this point.

Thanks and regards,

Lloyd
