" I'm not saying it can't be done, but I highly doubt it could be done

FYI - Aheeva has done it, as have a number of organizations in the call
recording and monitoring business. I have been told a technique that
requires installing an Apache module does the trick with RSA level
encryption, but don't have more info than that.
" Also if things are that important you perhaps should be employing a
specialist consultant that is qualified in this area. "
-- We already have and we brought in consultants working on Zend and
ionCube! After implementation, I single handedly broke and reverse
engineered their obfuscation and encryption techniques with basic
techniques found in google search.
At this stage I am reaching out to the community as I have exhausted
in-house, off-shore, and paid consultants who are supposedly experts in
the field.
Thank you for your suggestions.
Kind regards,
Reza.

As mentioned, the login data is critically important. Probably I

algorithm and logic of encrypting recorded calls are in the PHP files.
