I was told it was bandwidth issues at the Ottawa co-locate that started shortly after 12pm. Maybe a DoS attack? I had several clients complaining about poor quality for both incoming and outgoing calls via Unlimitel.
I've switched all of our outgoing to a different provider, but incoming is still awful. Hopefully there will be an official update from someone at some point.
