I cron a script to run monthly and parse local calling guide for the
NPANXX of all DIDs I own.
Put that in a DB write an AGI to query that with with the to/from number
you want for the call.

Hello,
One of my asterisk servers is in Mississauga connected to a PRI line
from Telus. Since Bell/Telus still think we're in the 19th century and
calls from Mississauga to for example Markham are supposed to be long
distance, I am looking to build a way to handle local/long distance
exchanges within the 905 and 289 area codes automatically.
I can the localcallingguide.com site to extract the list of exchanges
that are local, however, listing all of those in my extensions.conf
file is not very elegant.
Does anyone have a nicer solution for this, like an external text file
that lists all the local exchanges ?
Thanks,
Liviu
