I have a client using Primus for one analog business line, and used the (supposedly included) call forward on busy feature for additional calls to come in using a VoIP DID.
This was working great until they had a power outage this week and decided to *72 forward calls on the main line to a cell phone for the duration of the outage. Once the power came back on, the forward on busy feature no longer seemed to work. They contacted Primus and was told that this feature, which was working until disabled it by *72, was no longer part of his package and that it had been removed when their system was upgraded. They also said they'd have to send out a technician to re-enable it AND charge for the feature. All of this sounds a little fishy to me. Getting it added again has been a nightmare; from the extra charges to scheduling a technician to visit within 7 business days. I would have thought turning this back on could be done remotely, no? Does anyone know if Primus has stopped offering forward on busy part of their regular business package, or are we just getting a runaround? Cheers, Sean. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
