A follow up on my issue with Primus and Call Forward on Busy. It was
setup to have calls arrive on the main analog line, then forward to a
VoIP number when the main line was busy.

Our client disabled their call forward on busy several weeks ago due to
a power outage, and when they wanted to forward the lines. Instead of
leaving the phone off the hook, they did a *72. Since then, it's been a
nightmare trying to get CFB re-added.

The official response from Primus is that the client has been moved to a
"new platform" and Primus can no longer offers Call Forward on Busy to
business customers. (Contrary to the link above.)

Has anyone else had this issue with Primus?

Can anyone suggest another local line provider that can do Call Forward
on Busy?

Apparently, Bell will do it but I suspect our client be limited to one
channel. Primus can't, and the supervisor actually suggested moving the
line to Bell.

I hate to lose the analog line, because Internet is a bit iffy at their
location, but I moving the main line to VoIP may be an option if I can't
find an analog provider.
