The Algo products (which are good, no disputing that) don't have a
dialpad, just a call button, because their products are intended for
outdoor use where you don't want someone to do more than a single
controlled action.
Their price also reflects their ruggedness for outdoor applications.
I agree with Stephan that a regular SIP telephone is probably the way to
go, although I'd include other brands beyond just Polycom.
