I have an environment at work where Linksys SPA2102 ATAs will not remain registered to an asterisk box over the WAN, but if any of those same boxes go home with me they work fine there. The gateway at work is a Juniper SSG20 and is pretty much a spoked out topography.
The ATAs will go register and they can be called, but in less than 5 minutes they lose registration and they cannot be called, but of course they can call out. This doesn't happen at home AND it doesn't happen to an X-Lite soft phone. Does anybody have an idea for me? Thanks, Erik.
