I see the .cfg lines:

sip registration period: 300 # default = 3600 seconds

sip registration retry timer: 1800 # 30 - 1800 seconds (default = 1800)

But what is actually happening in Linksys with the NAT KEEP ALIVE values?
Is the ATA re-registering to asterisk all the time?

In this situation the phones were registering fine until some type of
network changes were made and now they keep getting killed.

Set the phone's re-registration interval to 300 seconds.

Or you can set "qualify=yes" in sip.conf but this not the preferred method
as it's better to let the endpoint do the keep-alive.
