Hey everyone. I'm having some difficulties setting up a PBX in a Flash to work with the day/night mode automatically. I've set up the inbound routes to go to the day/night controls, I set up the times for day and night rules and I set up how to handle the calls once in day/night mode.
For some reason it just will not automatically switch back and forth. When I use a soft phone to dial the day/night toggle it does work properly, so the issue seems to be with the auto switch timing. Anyone else try this out and have some suggestions?
