Hi Henry, If you run "sip set debug IP <your_providers_IP_address>" at the Asterisk CLI, then make a test call, do you see any packets come in at all? I know I often see no CLI output even when SIP traffic is being received. Seeing what's in those SIP packets should help you diagnose the issue. And of course if you're not actually receiving ANY traffic, its either a problem with the provider or the port forwarding.
