Thanks for the input James and Brian. I believe it's an IP phone DT-300 series but I am not sure. The phone set is: *NEC DLV(xd)z-y(bk)* * * - What is involved in updating the MAC address and how can one access the PBX? - Where can I source one of these phone sets quickly?
