These phones are from an old  6 line "Key System" the "Key Service Unit" does 
the work of the PBX.
Unfortunately, most of these first generation of Electronic Key Systems are 
dead and buried, not because they broke down but like steam trains they just 
got superseded by another technology. Can you get a refurbished phone that's 35 
years old ?....I doubt it.
