We have a client setup using a simple IAX2 webphone that agents use to make 
phone calls from. They all use the same extension... so ~5-people calling out 
as though on one extension.

We are running into the beep&im-sorry&your&simul-call-limit-reached&goodbye

Since the agent is hearing this message, I assume the webphone is not the 
issue...

I could have sworn there was a setting to cap the number of simultaneous agents 
an extension can have in IAX, but I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
