1) Se o * não estiver no media path da ligação o ChanSpy não serve, mais informações: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+SIP+media+path 2) A qualidade do audio nem sempre é boa e varia de acordo com o codec da ligação que você está ouvindo e da ligação que você usou para acessar o ChanSpy 3) O chanspy ocupa um licensa de g729, se você estiver usando este codec 4) Se o canal que acessou o chanspy estiver rodando um codec diferente do negociado para a ligação você vai aumentar o processamento da sua máquina em função de um transcoding extra. No mais, é uma boa idéia restringir os canais que o chanspy vai fazer scan, por motivos óbvios, assi como proteger a extensão em questão com algum tipo de autenticação.
