Priorizacao baseado em 802.1p so e' possivel se o pacote for 802.1Q tagged, o que na grande maioria das vezes (vlan null sendo uma rarissima excecao, e' um tag sem VLAN ID, = 0), quer dizer que voce teria que estar usando vlans e VLAN tagging.
