Boa tarde.
Possuo aqui um servidor Asterisk, que recebe o sinal da operadora
através de uma E1, ligada a um DDR . Tenho um ramal tronco cujas
ligações entrantes vão para ele e distribuídas em filas conforme os
departamentos.
Todos os ramais são autenticados através de ATA (LinkSys SPA8000).
Nenhuma configuração do servidor foi alterada, no entanto, na data de
hoje, passou a ocorrer o seguinte:
* Toda ligação que cai no ramal tronco (que é o da telefonista) é
recebida normalmente, mas após a ligação ser transferida para outro
ramal, ou uma fila qualquer, ela fica como ZOMBIE e o ramal tronco fica
como se ainda estivesse falando, o que chega ocasionar até transbordo.
Alguém pode me ajudar?
