Just wanted to clarify, res_phoneprov is currently available in source 
form in svn/asterisk/trunk, but will not be merged into 1.4 as it 
violates release management policies. However, as a special addition to 
AsteriskNOW 1.0, I've backported it to work with 1.4 (trivial) but in 
AsteriskNOW 1.1 this functionality will *only* be available in the Plus 
version of AsteriskNOW.
