Good Day List

I am very, very new to Asterisk and was wondering if someone could
help me out.

I am working on a project where I have to setup a Centralized IP PBX
Solution for a customer with multiple Branches.

Unfortunately I am not allowed to make the HQ the PSTN/GSM Breakout
point for all Locations, due to the restrictions of the Communications
Law in the Country I live in.

I am thinking of using FreePBX as my PSTN/GSM Gateway at the remote
branches but also use the same system as my Secondary SIP Server in
the event of a WAN outage.

I am wondering if there is someone that could give me some guidance/
ideas on how I can achieve this goal.

Reason I am specifically looking at FreePBX and not something like
AudioCodes MediaGateway, Cisco Router with SRST Capabilities is
because of price.

I need something that is cheap, easy manageable, reliable and
maintainable for even the smallest solutions, i.e 2 IP Phones.

Any other alternatives or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Deon
