Hi all. I'm new to this list and to embeded Asterisk in general. I did succeed on installing Asterisk on a Via Mpia based system, but that can at the most be said to be a minitx system but not an embeded.
What I would like to know (when you have time to answer, as I'm just lazy or don't have enough time on hand to do a search) is, has anybody have success on transcoding from 711 to 729/723/gsm/726 codecs on any of the embedded system? and if yes, what system was it? and what was the maximum channels that the machine was able to handle simultaneous doing that?
