Tried and failed. One needs the latest Beta drivers for this board which are not in the latest AstLinux.
I did try downloading the "roll you own" stuff from Kristain but I could never get it to produce a working image. I went with a standard FC4 base with the latest SVN stuff along with the drivers in the end. Horrendous echo troubles I'm having too. I have a 10 port FXO variant.
