Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I have an IVR application on the far end asterisk. I got GSM and ULAW working no problem, but the SIP g729 to Iax2 g729 was giving me fits... I'll try again though

Luke,

                You should not need the g729 codec if both your SIP and IAX endpoints
both support g729 and Asterisk is configured properly.
