Darrick,

        The "classic" AstLinux installer does use NSIS.  If you look back in 
the 0.3 days when I made those you should be able to find 
AstLinux-*.exe.  The problem with NSIS, though, is you have to actually 
"install" it to your system.  The nice thing about the cd-rom is that 
you can burn CF images from Windows without ever touching the HD in the 
machine...
