I'm having similar problems with the same setup.  V3 on same hardware works
fine.  It seems v4 is not partitioning the USB sticks for some reason.

Anyone have a resolution?

Not an issue.  What this means is that the partition you designated as your
keydisk already exists (can't create a partition if it's already there).

All that's telling you is /stat/etc/wanpipe does not yet exist.  Wanpipe 
support is in progress.  It's in the genkd script, but not in the /stat 
directory (yet).

You should be OK.
