Use the 12V 500mA one. Make sure it's wired CENTER POSITIVE! Try and put a 1/2 amp fuse in series with the hot wire too.
I'm not sure as to whether the WRAP employs a "dickhead diode" (creates a deliberate short when powered backwards thus blowing the fuse) so better you get it right first time. In theory anything over about 7VDC will work as the WRAP and Soekris boards have internal DC-DC converters creating + and - 5VDC. The usual caveats apply. I will not be held responsible .....
