Ingmar-

What version of Astlinux are you running on the -50 box?  It appears 
that you have two different versions (from the kernel version).  If 
everything else was the same, I would say you might have some bad 
hardware, but with the differences in kernel versions, perhaps there is 
another problem.

Can you try swapping the compact flash and see if it's a hardware 
problem or a software problem?
