As long as your requirement is minimal I think you should be able to get it to run ... Seem to recall this is a 233MHz CPU or there abouts ... The Cyrix CPU looks just like an i386 to the OS so that should not cause any problems ...
Don't expect it to be able to process a large call volume or do a lot of transcoding, but it should run ... Should work ok for 3-6 simultaneous calls if you are not trying to do fancy voice compression and such ... You may run into problems with the USB ports as I think they are USB v1 not the more flexible USB 1.1 or the modern v2 ... You may have to figure out a way to use 2xCF cards instead of a USB dongle ... Bottom line is that there is better hardware out there for the job, but if you have it laying around and want to do it, it should work ... My own feeling on this is that Asterisk really needs about a 1GHz CPU as a minimum to do it right ... But there are quite a few on this forum who report good results with machines that have similar performance specs to what you propose ...
