I believe fxotune is built, but not copied onto the working system.  
(just checked it is).  We should add that and some of the diagnostic tools
(ztcfg is currently the only binary copied to the final system).  
zttest, zttool and fxotune should be added (and won't take much work to do
that).  Which of these binaries would people find the most helpful?  
We may need to modify some of the init scripts to read the fxotune config
data as well.
